I believe that guy, Ellis Lankster, was a commit to us under Croom before changing his mind and heading to West Virginia.

No doubt he was a game changer. I'm also a UT alum & was stupid enough to pull for them for a few years (98 SECCG restored my sanity). In the 93 game, everybody watching knew who was getting the ball not only for the TD but also for the 2-pt conversion. And UT still couldn't stop him.
How about any VHS footage of Buck Johnson standing by Wimp saying "We went out there and we did what we had to did"?
