I've watched Murphy do warm ups before Their games back when They used to come down here to Albemarle. I don't know about Other Teams in the SMC but the assistant Coaches get those Guys ready Albemarle had some decent size Guys and in 2011 that game against Murphy was probably one of the best ever in High School Football
