Thats Jarique Moore from Fairmont High School. He was top in the nation last year. Dont know about this year. Have not looked into it

Mid way through the season he was shaking and baking between first and second Ms King. Come playoff time, he dropped significantly.
This year if I have it correct he is nationally in the #5 spot within 2A
