Thankfully we recovered it, because you know good and well had Bama recovered it, the refs would have awarded the ball to Bama and put more time on the clock.

He swats the football just before it was snapped. The officials saw that and there was a penalty flag on the play against the turd. Even if bama had recovered we would have still won the game.

Heck, why not cheat when you know the SEC refs are in your corner and will let you get away with it. I still get angry about the 91 game when their defense was calling out snap counts when we were on the 6 inch line down 13-7 in the last minute. We, of course, got a procedure penalty and then instead of 2 plays to score from 6 inches couldn't get it in from the 5 with 2 plays. That's probably the game you were referencing.

I'm amazed how slighted the ref was about the crowd noise. How the hell does Alabama get to run out the play clock and at the same time get out of a penalty because of crowd noise? Their QB was constantly trying to leverage the crowd noise to our disadvantage

Yep, that was the game. It was just awful to lose that game as we had outplayed

them and deserved the win.
