Hopefully Thomasville can get the win. It was a good game last year. Im not a big fan of the spread offense, but I'm willing to give it a chance. I believe they can win it.
I'm sure not a fan of the spread offense either here at tville,but I guess coach knows his team better than anyone and why he gets paid the big bucks lol
Don't know how last year's Southern Lee team compares to this year's. And in spite of the score this past Friday, the jury is still out for me on this year's 'Dogs. But three things encourage me.
Last year each team scored three td's. Southern scored four points on their PAT attempts. We scored none and lost by four.
We seem to have a much better snap to hold to kick time and result. It takes all three.
Lastly, the Albemarle game was the first in a long time with no chippy unsportsmanlike, ego penalties. And with a runaway score, the opportunity is there. Kudos to the staff, and especially the players for the discipline. I'd rather lose with class than be embarrassed by my team and win. Friday night we won both battles.

Would like to congradulate all the Thomasville fans and posters on the win over my blue dogs last week. The score was pretty much what I expected. We are very young and have a long way to go, but I think we will get there. Also agree almost a penalty free game. Good sportsmanship on both sides. Hope I will be well enough to see all you guys at Albemarle next year. Hope to be able to make our first home game in a couple of weeks. Good luck this year and go get another ring.......
Thomasville faithful. Just curious what you think the score would be if the 2015 team played the 2016? I know you lost 21 seniors. Do you feel this years team is better?
I think this years team is a lot better even after one game,Last years team had so many boneheaded mistakes that just took away any chance of winning games,very,very,very undisaplined and the kicking game was just bad also...27-6 2016

I don't think this year's team is nearly as talented, but is more disciplined and may have a better football IQ. I'm almost certain that they'll be more fun to watch.
Offense is very flat. Snaps hitting the quarterback in the head multiple times, lots of miscommunication as well. The spread offense won't work. When the quarterback hands the ball off you're already 5 yards from the line wasting time. It's not fooling anyone. Also I don't understand why we can't just drop back and pass instead of scrambling to the left or right for 20 minutes trying to find a hole to run instead of looking for an open receiver. The defence isn't completely terrible if the offense could give them a break. But on the positive side the 3rd quarter looked good. If they played like that all night it could've been a lot closer. Nevertheless I enjoyed the road trip.
No doubt. 10 penalties in the 1st half, 6 were false starts!
Arm tackling will not get it done.
We need a lot of work. I fear the worse next week.
This spread offense is junk,they didn't learn anything from when Wes mattera brought that crap to tville...if they keep running it,they get what they deserve
Now that's a road trip.
QB is quick and can sling it.
RB is fast, yet powerful.
WRs are tall and fast.
Kicker is fantastic.
The spread works if you can coach it. Tville has the athletes for it, but the players have to know what to do and execute with precision. You don't just spread em out for spreading them outs sake.....

Personally, if I were at tville I would run single wing, double wing, or I with a power I emphasis. Kill em on the line of scrimmage and tville backs run all day
I can tell you right now WERE TOAST!!! put a fork in us were done!!! As long as we run this kind of offense,it didn't work before and it's not going to work now...#NUFFSAID!!!
