Yup. Cuse kicked our *** to our collective "oh no" And then we went back to work.Even with that team, it was always they are good, but what about the next test?
Same as this team.
Nick Charles mentions the next game against #2 Syracuse would be a test.
If my memory is correct, we were blown out up there. And still did OK.
Cuse had NBA talent across the entire roster. Playing at The Carrier Dome wasSHU 7 losses that year, 3 to mighty cuse
was it losing the BE or BoeheimCuse had NBA talent across the entire roster. Playing at The Carrier Dome was
impossible for the opponent. They really screwed up by leaving BigEast.
I'd say both. Cuse were not recruiting in the Metro area like they once did. There was decline towards the end of the Boeheim era as far as success. Although the schools that left The BigEast profited financially, their Athletic Brands have suffered.was it losing the BE or Boeheim
Did it for the $$$ of course, and now football AND basketball are irrelevant. Thought we might meet them again at the Dance."They really screwed up by leaving BigEast."
Syracuse Pitt and BC were never the same after the Big East departure. They made more money. They were 3 great basketball programs thst have been mediocre to bad. And their football is as bad.I'd say both. Cuse were not recruiting in the Metro area like they once did. There was decline towards the end of the Boeheim era as far as success. Although the schools that left The BigEast profited financially, there Athletic Brands have suffered.
