Clinton is for real and Northside needs a win to legitimize there program and this could do it.

Nothing much to say about Clinton other than they will be playing for a 2a title. Northside on the other hand under new coach Pollock are looking for there first trip and have the talent, but no history in the big game.

If Northside pulls off this upset then expect to see Northside and Clinton rep the east in 2a and 2aa football.

Clinton is 2AA as well......and not really a upset if NSJax wins they have won 8 of the last 10 meetings between the two

Sorry for mistake, but it would be a upset. Clinton is strong. Not saying a blowout, but early week prediction I think Clinton by 7-10 points. Home field advantage too. I thought Clinton played Shelby for 2a title last year?

That was 2014....last year we were 2AA lost to Bunn in regional final...,we would of played Monroe for the title

Nobody is 2A or 2AA yet, the field determines that. When the 64 team field is determined the largerr 32 team (ADE) are 2AA the smaller 32 field is 2A. Last year for the first time since split divisions Clinton played in the 2AA bracket. Clinton's ADE is generally in the middle of the field so they could easily be in either bracket
I expect this week's JaxNorthside vs Clinton to be a classic game, easily one othe best matchups in the state irregardless of classification
