HPA is another example of a powerhouse program in the 70's, 80's and even later that has really declined....still have some athletes but don't look that well coached....their kicking game is atrocious....fan support almost non'existent.......a shadow of what was once a great program.......................
Andrews won a state title in 2013. Also had a really good team in 2015, beat Reidsville that year like 48-6 and lost a war to Clinton in a late round playoff game on a missed extra point (kicking game has been ****** for a while). They can get there again but a lot of dynamics in play in the school district, county, city, etc. toss in their coach quitting the Monday before practice started and it's a really weird/tough time for the Raiders.

This is one of the many district line/demographic things that has hurt Andrews especially in the diversity aspect. Champ, you know the new sheetz right around the corner front simeon stadium? Literally 2 mins away. Go through that intersection and that starts Ledford School district.

Depends on what side of westover lol. Laurel oak and Delmar are Davidson county. Other side of road Guilford county.
Long time ago, but former HPA and Reidsville Coach Johnny Morris was one of my best friends. As the saying goes, he was probably turning over in his grave at the mistakes the Red Raiders make now. He was a perfectionist who simply would not tolerated careless mistakes of any kind, at High Point Andrews or Reidsville. Of course, times have changed and high school football is much, much different now.

Winston-Salem Reynolds improved to 5-1 last night with a win over Grimsley. Reynolds' only loss was to Reidsville -- by a 49-6 margin.
Reynolds has a win over Southwest Guilford, which beat Dudley last night.

If so I hope Reidsville goes east and wins out over there. Would make for a great possible title match up. Posslble.
