All over the net.

the complete lack of sportsmanship shown by MH. We could use this as a beginning to a long discussion about sports as a whole

and how the Ole Miss fans are proud of the entire thing.

Cant decide which is sadder

None of it surprises me

His actions don't surprise me because he's obviously white trash.

Kennedy allowing it doesn't surprise me because he's a *****.

ole miss fans being excited about it doesn't surprise me because they haven't had anything to pound their chests about in basketball... ever.

He's got about the same sportsmanship as Lard'o'Sidney, but he's less lazy about showing it.

I don't blame him. He was taunted by their fans on twitter and called racial slurs all game. It was almost like he was in Starkville. Good to see he got some sort of vengeance, though he may be forever scarred by the racial slurs.

Harassed on twitter? Really?

You mean like every athlete on every level every day?

And unless you're living in some sort of bizarro world, I think you mean to say "oxford."

Also, go 17 yourself.

Or maybe it was like he was Renardo Sidney in Oxford...

Night Court: On wild day of hoops, one GIF steals the show

It's of Ole Miss guard Marshall Henderson taunting the Auburn student section, shortly after hitting two game-winning free throws in the final seconds. Watch it about 30 times, then you can truly dive into the analysis. Here are several observations, cycling through all the MVPs of the GIF:

  • Obviously, we kick things off with the older gentleman standing up in defiance right in front of Henderson. Not sure what he said to Henderson, but that guy wasn't having anymore of the tomfoolery.
  • The guy in the white polo is big-time, just smiling the entire time. He loves it.
  • Jerry Garcia-looking guy on press row. He's clapping, smiling, really enjoying the scene.
  • The crew of double-middle finger guys. They're forever best friends.
  • The guy who rips his hat off. He was so heated he just couldn't take it anymore.
  • Now we get to the sleepers: To kick things off, check out my man next to Auburn pajamas girl. He's got the creepy sideways grin, like he digs Marshall Henderson's attitude, but can't have his friends find out.
  • Speaking of Auburn pajamas girl, she looks out of place. And is also terrified by the flying object to her left.
  • What is that flying object? No one really knows. Could be a Fathead, could be a cardboard cutout, could be an umbrella. But the blonde girl reacts like it's a head. A real one.
  • White hat fellow. Waving his hands, yelling "Come on, come on, come on!" to Henderson. His flailing hands and sideways shuffle steals the show for a bit.
  • The guy right in the middle who emphatically sticks a middle finger at Henderson -- and then tears it right back down. Everything he did was 100 percent.
  • The curly-haired kid in the orange shirt. He gives the fingers, claps two times (as if to get loose) -- and then goes back with the fingers.
  • Kid in the gray hoodie to the left. It kind of looks like he sneezes as the GIF starts -- but bounces back extraordinarily quickly to join in the ballyhoo.
  • What about the girl in the upper right corner? She yells some profanity, and then goes tumbling forward, either getting pushed or falling from the momentum of her yelling.
  • And yes, the older, older gentleman in the front row just seems dismayed by the entire scene. And probably this analysis of it.

Nice breakdown. It reminds me of the other fan taunting incident pic fueled by rage.
Memphis-UAB.

Tuesday night on ESPN: Henderson, the unstoppable force (and future Oxycontin thief) of douche vs. Cal, the immovable object of effortless "what, me worry?/ u mad, bro?" trolling.

I can tell you this for sure. A lot of Ole Miss fans are not very happy with his behavior. They are glad to be winning, but he would be receiving a lot more recognition if he carried himself a little better.

Many of us are conflicted by MH......

He is a" fill in you favorite disparaging name". But he's OUR " fill in.....". Much like msu fans were with the Kang.

Give me a break

Comparing that clown to Sherrill is ridiculous. He acts like a damn fool on the court, and if it were any other team in the country you idiots would be bashing the hell out of him. But by all means, keep letting him represent your school while you all publicly cheer on his antics. Not exactly shocking

After watching the gif, looks like he might be due an SEC suspension for a few games, or maybe longer. Notice he didn't stay close to the crowd long ... kept backing up. Perhaps OM will take care of internally ....

David Yellum siting as well!!! Outstanding and hilarious analysis. Also I wonder what old David Yelloum is saying, he's sitting left of the older gentleman standing up in defiance right in front of Henderson. I bet Yellum is praising Henderson's antics and calling them "just being a college kid and having fun". You can bet your *** if Yellum saw an Auburn, MSU, LSU or Alabama player doing this, he would personally call the NCAA himself and be up in arms for security to be called for taunting. Yet since it's an ole miss player Yellum will tow his Klan's party line and is probably like "nothing to see here guys, move along..."

He's a turd and he looks every bit the part of a talented guy who is at his 3rd school after a former drug felony charge. And if you watch his actions on camera away from the action, you have to wonder if that part of his life is totally behind him.

Didn't Kellum call one of our players a "thug" on the air once? Trey Moore, maybe?

You're such an internet badass. Being able to post here isn't even a tiny blip on my list of worries.

As for the rule violations, it's pretty obvious by the continued lack of enforcement of said rules that it would just be better if they were completely done away with, because none of them are observed.

I am so torn. while it is very hard for me to praise anything ole miss. I have to admit, I enjoy seeing aubie dirty sanchez'd, even if it was thuggish in nature. I thought there was some auburn code of behavior....ah yes, to be an auburn man. All in and ****. The mere suggestion of impropriety from camgate would lead to a diatribe of how auburn would never do any such....

I don't think it was Kellum....

I think it was Sean Tuhoy, yes that same guy, who called Moore a thug for much much much much much much less than this. He'd probably adopt Henderson if he could.

[h=1]Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy downplays Marshall Henderson's post-game antics at Auburn[/h]AUBURN, Alabama -- Ole Miss guard Marshall Henderson drew his fair share of ire from Auburn fans in Saturday night's win over the Tigers, pumping his fist after buckets and running over to taunt the student section after hitting a pair of game-winning free throws in overtime.
At the time, neither Henderson or Ole Miss head coach Andy Kennedy addressed Henderson's antics.

Kennedy had a chance to address the situation on the SEC teleconference on Monday.

"It was brought to my attention after the game. He did it really right in front of our radio people, so I had some boots on the ground, so to speak, that could tell me fact from fiction," Kennedy said. "There’s a lot of folk lore going around with Marshall. I would have preferred him not doing that, but, again, he’s caught up in the emotion of a highly charged game."

Henderson, who the Auburn students had been heckling since tip-off in a manner similar to other SEC stars, did not comment on his taunts after the game.

Auburn head coach Tony Barbee, for his part, didn't take any specific issue with Henderson's demeanor.

"Their team feeds off of his energy, and that's a good thing for their team," Barbee said. "You can't let your team be affected by it."

Kennedy went on to say that Henderson has to play on that edge to succeed after Henderson shot 4-of-15 on Saturday night and made 4-of-13 3-pointers in an off performance before hitting the final two free throws.

"I think he’s been readily open with the fact that if he didn’t play with that edge, he wouldn’t be a guy that could lead the SEC in scoring," Kennedy said. "As his coach, I’m probably more concerned with his shot selection than maybe him popping him shirt here and there."

I agree. I just don't see the big deal with this, or Marshall Henderson in general. I wouldn't necessarily do the same things he's doing, but he isn't hurting anyone. I guess if you win, you can talk a little smack, especially when they heckle you the whole game.
