Swap alleghany and south stokes and bracket is correct south stokes is ranked higher on maxpreps. Even though Alleghany beat them by 21 this year. Lookin forward to rematch...although someone said the maxpreps rankings for wrestling playoffs didnt maatch the ones on their website so these teams that are ranked really close near the bottom of the bracket could move around some

You are correct. Also I noticed I put North Rowan at #6 when they didn't finish 2nd in conference. I threw this together in about 15 minutes after the adm's were released.

Hahaha Rich your prayers have been answered! The MIC nuggets don't have to face the mighty Dogs after all! Congrats, but don't sleep on Robbinsville, Cherokee, or Mitchell. Oh and there's also TJA. How embarrassing would it be for MICS to NOT win the 1a title now that Daddy is moving up a level?! Don't choke on that sauce lol!

Hopefully Murphy will be in 1A. And Cherokee and Mitchell shouldn't sleep on TJ either. I think TJ is capable of winning a 1A title, they have the coaching, the players, and a great group of seniors, capable of doing it. And if they do get it done, I'd like for it to be by beating Mitchell, Murphy, and/or Cherokee. A tough task no doubt, but a task that I feel that these players are ready to take on. Win or Lose they would be great games, I'm sure, for TJ.

LOL yourself, trust Murphy has zero reservations with being 1AA. Talent wise this Murphy team more than stacks up with ANYONE in the 1AA west.

Nobody in the 1AA west wants to see Murphy on the ledger, best believe that.

Lets not count the west out yet. Yes I remember that. From a fan standpoint, Tarboro is definitely scary! No doubt about it. But I doubt the Murphy team fears them. I'm sure the Dogs have great respect for them though. I said awhile back that MICS would be the 1a favorite if Murphy moved up to 1aa. Let's see if y'all can prove me right! Good luck.

Having seen Murphy a few times this year, I get the impression that are kind of coasting along. Maybe I am wrong. We should find out at Cherokee. If Murphy and Tarboro meet I think Murphy will play its best game of the year. In the mountains most of us relish a challenge not cower from it.

I agree, I believe Murphy has took it in stride and maybe was trying to keep everyone healthy for playoffs. I think tonight will show the true story about just how good Murphy is
