I find it ironic that State fans would have ill will towards an opposing fan making noise beyond traditional cheering and clapping. That is all.

Baseball games and football games are not really comparable in ANY way as far as fan noise goes. If the whistler had been doing his schtick at a football game he would have been pretty much drowned out and it would not have been an issue.

Watching baseball is a little different from football. Football is intense. A lot of baseball is a time to Lean back, soak up some sunshine, eat and drink your favorites, and let the world pass on by. Sure there are some high drama moments in baseball but they do not consume the whole game. It’s hard to enjoy the day with some dumb a$$ whistling constantly. Good riddance.
