The scarred face guy betrays Negan and helps Rick. They build a prison for Negan. Then the Kingdoms start to unite for awhile. Then the Whisperers take notice. One of Rick's peoples who is mad at Rick eventually lets Negan out. Then Negan joins the Whisperers. Negan kills Alpha (female leader of the Whisperers) and that is the current of in the comics.

Walking Dead viewers have AIDs and don't even know it

I've been a big fan of the show, but have to agree that last night's episode was awful. Actually this whole season has been awful except for the premiere. Wonder how the ratings are doing?

That leader at the Oceanside community said that Negan killed all of the men - why? What purpose would that serve him to have a community of nothing but women trying to "work for him"? It doesn't make sense based on what we know about Negan right now.

I have a couple of theories on this -

(1.) The leader and a handful of her cronies killed the men and blamed it on The Saviors in an attempt to convince the others to secretly pick and move away. There's something far more sinister to that groups absolute disregard for human life, more than just simple distrust of other people. It's deeper than that. The stuff they pulled with Tara, trying to lure her out to the woods under the guise of helping her find Heath, only to secretly kill her outside of earshot of the rest of the community is some pretty evil s**t.

(2.) The Oceanside group were Actually a huge group of Savior women that escaped (which could explain the guns) and are deathly afraid of the Saviors locating their encampment. This could be why they kill strangers on sight and also why they are so adamant about not being discovered.

When it first started playing out I thought they were going to be the wives of the men at the savior outpost.

asked my wife the same thing. How is anyone still fat? Most everyone's eating like 2 meals a day and it's stew or canned food. No one's munching on fast food or fried ****. Writers need to take this into consideration going forward. No more fats.
Funny, my wife said the same thing.

Worst episode since that 90 minute Morgan snoozefest. Kept wanting one of them to shoot that fat *****.

And how do the fat people on the show stat so fat with food in such short supply?

My wife was mad that I was talking bad about the lesbian being fat. I know they were hiding her being pregnant last season, but come on, she can't come back being that fat. This is a zombie apocalypse. Food is not plentiful. Should have put her on a major diet and fitness program before putting her back in the show. Ice Cube must have wanted her to have a big ole butt and stuffed the hell out of her.

Season 4

Season 7

The show is going downhill fast this season. It is getting ridiculous how much of this they are still using.

It is getting to the point I want them to speed things up and just end the show after this season. That is unless they stop going overboard on the ratio of filler to great content.

And Sasha, I bet she's got it going on under those blood stained rags she wears. Speaking of rags, have these people ever heard of Nike or Polo? There's got to be some great shirts out there that are just sitting in a drawer. It's like a sale at Marshalls but worldwide and every house in America is having it.

I actually enjoyed the last episode more than any other this season except Episode 1. A ******* tiger? Get real.

It really should go without saying, but it's not possible for every episode to have the level of plot development and relatively shocking content as the season opener. The show is a slow burn for the most part, and it's always been that way. We're in Season 7, so it should be pretty obvious to everyone by now.

I'm not expecting greatness every week, but dedicating entire episodes tertiary characters that frankly no one gives a damn about and many forgot even existed is the definition of stupidity. Literally if you remove the episode from existence, absolutely nothing changes in The Walking Dead universe. Is it the epitome of a completely pointless episode. It's obvious at this point all the writers and AMC care about is getting a paycheck and commercial money.

The biggest problem with the show, aside from the fact that it's gotten pretty boring, is that it has way too many characters. And what do they elect to do? Introduce yet another new group that is inessential to the story. And instead of drawing the focus in on the main characters like any TV show with writers that have at minimum **** for brains, instead they focus on two characters that hadn't appeared in nine straight episodes. That's over half a season's worth of episodes.

I would have loved to be in the writer's room when they came up with the idea for a Tara and episode. The amount of incompetence and yes men in that room must have been hysterically bad.

I agree for the most part with one exception, the story of the Saviors killing all of the men over the age of 10 was probably important to the story. We already know that Negan is ruthless but I can't imagine how they sorted that out when an 11 year old claimed he was nine.

But for the last few episodes people have asked why don't the people of Hilltop or Alexandria just ______?

This episode gave us a glimpse about how a community dealt with the Saviors and how it changed them.

Exactly. These characters don't seem important right now, but they'll be integral to the plot going forward.

I still don't see why people freak the **** out about a herd of 5-6 coming at em. They're slow and you can literally punch their faces in. It's not like they're gonna run and tackle ya. 20-30 I kinda get... but less than that I don't.
no arguments here, stupid people drive me crazy too.

I can't say that this particular zombie apocalypse would negatively change my life. I wouldn't have to work.

Do zombies freeze up north? You could just walk around piercing frozen zombie heads and that might take care of it in a few seasons.

No, they won't, not unless the show completely diverges from the source material so much to the point that there are no similarities other than zombies and character names.

The humans actually have to be able to survive in the north as well. I'm not convinced these people are intelligent enough to figure that out.

That's already happened to some extent. The group introduced last week will become part of the alliance against Neegan, but not without some twists and turns beforehand.

Slow burn, guys. It's been this way the entire time the series has existed.

Episode got 5.9 out of 10 stars on IMDB, lowest in the shows seven season history. Only saw one other episode that was even close to being that low.

I thought the last episode was fine. You can't introduce new characters into the show and not explain their back story. Character development is part of every good story. Learn storytelling, people! Still my favorite TV show currently running.

At some point they are going to have a flashback episode and show Negan's story. Some of you will need a safe place and a therapy dog to get through it. Prepare yourselves now.

Negan is kind of starting to irritate me. The way he talks with that affect the ENTIRE time is like nails on a chalkboard after a while. He also does these weird moves with his shoulders where he dips them for emphasis. Must have done it like 10 times last night. You don't always have to be "On", buddy. Just talk like a normal scary person some times instead of the "I'm going to sarcastically talk to you in this overly positive manner the whole time but it's apparent I'm just being a dick". I mean, it grew real old after 90 minutes.

Wish I never read this. Now I notice him doing the shoulder dips EVERY time.

This season has blown after the premiere and the ratings show it. The story is all over the place. You'd think they'd learn you cant go with something then drop it for 2 episodes, put a bunch of filler back story full length episodes, then come back. I mean Tara got an entire episode...who gives a supporting character a full hour, give us a reason to care about her first. Everyone forgot she was even on the show, then all of a sudden it's hey suffer through this.
