I have no problem with that either.**** a happy ending. Everyone needs to die. The world is just zombies walking around aimlessly for the rest of time.

you could just bypass reading the comics and go to walking dead wikipedia and get a quick synopsis of the whole thing and be up to date. and that bypasses all the 'filler"..
and doesn't make you a comic book dork.
Reading this are you sure you are not caught up on the comics. The whole thing with the Whisperers is creepy, allowing your own daughter to be raped because it "makes her stronger", and basically adopting a Wolfpack mentality, just weird.
However, here is where predictability comes into play. Since introduced to Alpha and the Whisperers, the rape thing has been brought up over and over. Guess who is sitting in a jail cell right now and killed a man for trying to rape Holly. Guarantee Negan gets loose somehow, probably an attack by the Whisperers. He gets in their group because f*** Rick, that's why, sees someone get raped and murders the **** out of Alpha and a few others.
100% positive. If that is indeed what happens, you didn't need to be the head cashier at McDonald's to figure it out. Negan made several references that he hates sexual abuse. He made it a point to say it to Rick when he made the joke about running a train on Carl, and he killed one of his own men when they tried to rape Holly, one of Rick's crew.Reading this are you sure you are not caught up on the comics.
The whole coma dream thing is completely implausible since the Fear the Walking Dead show exists, these two shows exist in the same universe. That's been a popular theory among the comics universe for a long time. That Rick waking from the coma is actually his conscience going into the coma, and all the people he's encountered are either parts of his own mind coming to life, people he's encountered, people he arrested, or victims he couldn't save.
I mean, what do you expect them to do to figure out what is going on? They went to the CDC, they didn't have a clue other than knowing that everyone is already infected. Now they are just outside of D.C., and it has fallen. As much time has passed since the outbreak, finding a cure or knowing what is going on is probably a lost cause. There's many things I fault the comics and the show on, this isn't one of them.
And as far as Rick bombing around from town to town, I just finished compendium 3 of the comics, so I am up to issue 144. Carl and a couple of guard dipshits are the problems there. Carl not being able to

directly lead to the confrontation with the Whisperers. All because he couldn't let go of his first piece of stankfinger.
The most likely end game behind this show is the reestablishment of civilization. This is how civilization came about. Nomadic societies and conflict when you run into another tribe that doesn't like you. Permanent settlements and conflict from people that are trying to get settled down. Continuous improvements of permanent settlement and conflict from people inside and outside your settlement who want what you have. Networking and working with other permanent settlements, and conflict. Creating an official union under of these permanent settlements, and conflict.haha, I was kidding about Eugene.
I see your point. But while they have stopped roaming from town to town, it's still the same predictable sequences that happen whether they are roaming or finding stability. I can predict what will happen to the gang before it happens.
For me, they need to break that cycle. I want to see focus on finding someone smart enough to figure out what's going on. While I know the whole premise behind the show is based on the relationship between humans in an apocalypse and the zombies being the background, I'd rather see something intelligent being done with it's characters.
I like that idea of the anti-bodies theory.
Yep I am interested to see how they deal with the Whisperers on TV. They are even more brutal than Negan or the Governor because they are borderline emotionless. Just about all they seem to care about is doing what it takes to survive another day.I do admit it is predictable. You can guarantee Rick and Carl are gonna get out of certain death alive, and you can see the antagonist plot their own downfall. I will admit though that I got caught out in left field at the end of compendium 3. The last panels of all the people Alpha killed with their heads on pikes got me, especially the last two. Even when they killed Glenn in issue 100, it wasn't shocking because Kirkman pretty much telegraphed it before the issue was printed.
Not exactly, but pretty close, he's got how Negan escapes wrong.Dude, you just described exactly what happens.
Yeah the time between the war with the Saviors and the emergence of the Whisperers was pretty boring. It was all internal conflicts spearheaded by Greg. It will make for awful TV (even worse than what it is now) so I'm interested to see how they approach it when the time comes.that would be boring as ****, especially to read.

How does that shittastic show have anything to do with the dream theory being implausible in the comics universe? The whole coma dream thing is completely implausible since the Fear the Walking Dead show exists, these two shows exist in the same universe.
I have a feeling Greg gets killed in the show quicker than he does in the comics.Yeah the time between the war with the Saviors and the emergence of the Whisperers was pretty boring. They exist in the same universe. Unless Rick has multiple personalities in his coma, the coma dream isn't plausible. At least not in a world where there is logic. How does that shittastic show have anything to do with the dream theory being implausible in the comics universe?
The shows do, the comics do not. They exist in the same universe. Unless Rick has multiple personalities in his coma, the coma dream isn't plausible. At least not in a world where there is logic.
So you are trying to tell me the Walking Dead show, which pretty damn clearly follows the source material pretty closely, sometimes even word for word, is entirely independent of the comic? The shows do, the comics do not.
No. I am trying to tell you they are different universes, even if somewhat parallel. Kirkman himself has even said as much.So you are trying to tell me the Walking Dead show, which pretty damn clearly follows the source material pretty closely, sometimes even word for word, is ientirely ndependent of the comic?

Have you read the issue that came out today? All I know is, after Rick and his and his pretentious son end Negan with the Whisperers. They are going to have to move this **** into a different direction or find another "crazy place"
Predictable
I have no clue who you are talking about. I gave that show three episodes and had to wash my eyes out with bleach. So that Indian guy in the Fear of the Walking Dead is Kumar in White Castles?
Have you read the issue that came out today?

AlphaNegan. You know pack rules, you kill it, you become it.No. The last one I read. Negan killed Alpha.
That's just retarded. Sadly it's really not that surprising given how stupid the TV show has become. Content essentially the same but a different universe.No. I am trying to tell you they are different universes, even if somewhat parallel. Kirkman himself has even said as much.
Ah. I won't spoil anything then unless you don't really care.No. The last one I read. Negan killed Alpha.

You want spoilers for the comic or not?So what's up. I usually go to Barnes & Noble to read the updates. Come'on man.

Some of the Saviors are still around causing a little bit of trouble. Whisperers attacked one of the settlements, Alexandria I believe. Torched it. So I reckon they'll have to be moving elsewhere unless they are going to rebuild. Saviors know Rick is going to defeat the Saviors so their plan is to pounce on Rick's empire after they are ravaged by the Whisperers war. It has gotten to be pretty dumb to be honest. Just glad I don't pay to read these comics. Kirkman is going to keep whoring himself out to this **** for the money though.Hell yeah I do.
That's a good one. Read that last spring/summer. Got it finished before the show started. My dick's hard for the Preacher comic at the moment

I'd also recommend checking out Y: The Last Man. It's going to be turned into a TV show on FX within a year or two. Really good comic. Also enjoyed Locke & Key, that's also getting a TV show. Outcast is pretty good and has a show on Cinemax. I expect the show to diverge from the comic before long because the comics doesn't even have 50 issues yet. I really liked Alex and Ada. It's kinda like that Humans show on AMC.
Who the **** is Greg?
He likes to drink Bailey's from a shoe and has a mangina.Who the **** is Greg?
