It looked like he got ball FIRST after or as it was leaving ellingtons hand. Then clearly he swatted his hand. So to all you rules gurus: Is that a foul?

Hit hand in act of shooting, that's a foul to me...

i guess they ruled it was a block though, giving USC ball ...not exactly sure

It was our defensive stopper on him too. Cunningham should've just given him the evil eye instead of just trying to block him.

I don't know how the ref missed that one. He was standing right next to Ellington on the shot, and we clobbered the **** out of his wrist, making the ball go behind the backboard. We got away with one big time, but I'll take it. Perhaps its some good karma after having half our team either get kicked off or injured.

Yea, we almost blew the game twice, first on Thomas missing both free throws and then fouling the 3 point shooter in the final seconds. We were extremely fortunate that SEC refs were incompetent as usual.
