Yep. He definitely should’ve came back. I said back when he decided to leave and of course still think that. Could’ve gotten NIL and potentially played an injury free college season. Oh well.

This belief that you must go after your first season to be considered successful at UK is crazy. This kid could have made more NIL money than he is going to get now. He could have been the man while making good NIL money and improving his game. Staying at UK was the obvious thing to do.

Right... at some point you should be able to pull your name out. At least before you get drafted. TyTy would benefit by coming back to UK and have another go next season. Lost a crap ton of money tonight.. would of made more in NIL

While only 1st round picks are required to be guaranteed contracts, you're still in good shape if you go early 2nd.

After hearing he got hurt in the private workout I kinda expected it. He not an explosive athlete. He shot it well more way they the year but at the end of the year he forced a lot being hurt and didn’t look great honestly.

Cal was nowhere to be seen. He knew Washington wasn't going early and he didn't want to have to answer the question why come Sharpe didn't play.

He just wasn't ready for the next level. The kid appears soft. After getting hurt, the kid showed via facial expressions that he didn't like physical play. His opponents knew it and they roughed him up every chance they got. This kid better get into the gym to start transforming his body .

It's not over, and maybe this post was a little premature, but he's about to fall out of the first round completely. Can't sugar coat that. At this point it seems like he would have been better off coming back, getting a few big NIL deals, and getting a first round guarantee next year.

I can’t believe Banchero went #1. As if Duke needs more help. SMH. I mean not like 2 or 3 would have been much different but seeing those #1 overall picks help and he actually played and went to a final four.

He can still go first round and get his guaranteed contract. And who knows, if he came back and continued to have injury issues it could have hurt him. Very, very hard to project whether coming back is a net positive or not for people.

His injury issue was a sprained ankle. He and everyone around him tried to use that as his excuse for a terrible last 6 weeks of the season. The truth was, he was nothing special when he played against real teams even before his injury.

He signed his NLI with Creighton for a reason.
