Word on the street is NWG starting QB Ballou broke his wrist. Tough break moving forward.
Yeah I saw on twitter where the NW QB broke his wrist. If they had him they had a chance. Without him and without a dominate defense Weddington should have no problems at home. NW made a Hell of a run this year! Would have loved to see Grimsley lose this week and NW to play next week representing the Metro
Yes, just read the message boards or go on twitter. No one has asked about NW all season now everyone wants to know. You all sound like informants for Weddington. He's Injured on his Non-throwing hand. If the Dr will allow it and he can catch a snap who knows he may be able to play but it really is between the Dr's, his parents. If he has to have a club tapped up he won't be able to play because he won't be able to catch a snap. Hate it for him. He's one of the best QB's in the State
Informant ? No I’m a Weddington fan . Sorry the young man got hurt. Had no reason to ask anything about NW until now
I'm just running my mouth. I figured it was Weddington fans. Look, with him we would have our hands full. Without him it's going to be a long shot. We'll give our best and see what happens. With him being hurt and NW on the road I'll probably be at East Forsyth
I watched the Game Saturday night and I wondered after that first drive what happened to him. Hate to see he got hurt. I also give alot of props to the NW coaches for the adjustments made at halftime because Watauga had NW dead in the water at halftime especially after the 102 yard pick 6! However it was called back due to penalty and it gave NW a glimmer of hope and credit to the coaches and players on a well played 2nd half. The backup QB for NW is not bad he can sling it well sometimes not accurately be he has the arm strength to push it deep. He has nice wheels to as we seen on the 54 yard game winning run
