Thx for the infoI guess you could go to youtubetv.com and sign up for the free trial , watch game, and then cancel.
P.S You may wind up keeping it. I think it is way better than Direct TV
In PennsylvaniaGuessing you cannot receive via an over the air antenna? If you are close enough to NYC, that's possible.
Not sure if Philly stations will allow it.In Pennsylvania
I figured an antennae worked in most places assuming you’re in a decent distance of a city. There’s this article (paywall) in the Athletic too referring to use of one.Guessing you cannot receive via an over the air antenna? If you are close enough to NYC, that's possible.

I suppose one could buy one to test it out and see how the signal is and if not strong enough then return it.
From the article:
Antenna
Price: $10-50 one time
Features: Limited to broadcast network games
You can get more than 100 college football games this year without cable or streaming, and you don’t need bunny ears on top of the TV. For as low as $10, depending on where you look, you can buy a TV antenna pad, which will get you games on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and The CW — the latter will have 13 ACC games for the first time this season. The CW app is also available for free on most streaming TVs and mobile devices. With the Big Ten adding CBS and NBC to its broadcast partners, more games than ever are available on network TV this year
Not for sports. Still the best at that. But dealing with DirectTV can be a nightmare. I bailed a couple of years ago.I guess you could go to youtubetv.com and sign up for the free trial , watch game, and then cancel.

When the promos are over, how much is it for the year? Are there any drawbacks to it? Interested in getting it.Good, no great, advice. I was a DirecTV customer for nearly two decades. It just too a few years of AT&T to make the service go downhill. YTTV is better than DirecTV, IMO.
Agree the DirecTV fell apart after AT&T. I had DTV from the very beginning because there wasn't decent cable in my neighborhood back in 1994. I had it all those years until AT&T flew it into the ground. Still the best sport package.Good, no great, advice. I was a DirecTV customer for nearly two decades. $73/month. Here's a link describing what YTTV offers:When the promos are over, how much is it for the year? Are there any drawbacks to it? Interested in getting it.
