If Dudley is reloading as everyone has suggested over 9.5 wins comes quite easily. That number should be closer to 12.5 if they are the title favorites.

WC may close with less than 9.5K due to split conference that is a juggernaut, but with Hollywood in the backfield, they will be a legitimate contender in 3A West.

Am I wrong? Statesville, Dudley, Crest and West Charlotte all have new head coaches don’t they? A new coach usually puts in a new or different offense. If that happens at all four schools, I predict at least one school will struggle with the change. I predict, who the crap do I think I am, Jimmy The Greek? Sometimes I just spew nonsense and sometimes I know what I’m talking about. I guess we will have to wait till November to see.

I thought I heard Dudley’s head coach had left. I may very well be mistaken. For some reason I thought he went to South Carolina for a job. I’m not trying to start unsubstantiated rumors, maybe someone said early in the off season they thought he might move. Who knows, I might have dreamed it.

Good for him, another year at Dudley another State Championship, that can only increase his value as a head coach. If he’s happy where he is, good for the kids and the program.
