I am aware of year to year change. That’s basically my point earlier when I referenced Charlotte teams. Most Charlotte fans think that there are not teams that can compete with Charlotte teams outside of Mecklenburg County. That’s irritating to everyone outside of Meck County. Also Charlotte losing great coaches to higher paying states/programs is having an impact on the quality of product on the field.AC Reynolds is a great team this year. Year to year teams change. Names dont. Chambers is not the team they were last year, and next year the dip will be even more significant. They still have the name recogniton but not the same team.
WC is representing the QC by default only. Lol. Next years team will be much better. If not a fan have KM by 14. As a fan u root but it will be tough. The fresh qb has gotten more comfy and the defense will compete. If u need meck info ask nepsy, btango or myself. Lololololololol
Charlotte should produce the most talent, it’s the most populous city located in the most populous county in the state. Also the way kids in Charlotte flock to the “it” schools in Mecklenburg County is a story within itself. It’s cyclical when all the top talent goes to 2-3 public schools and the rest of Char-Meck public schools have to work with whatever they have. It’s what the AD is cracking down on. I have coaching buddies in Charlotte at the middle and high school level and also a couple of friends in Administration. I am pretty plugged in to Char football. I expect MC and WC to benefit from the slide of Chambers.
I know of the freshman quarterback because one of my friends coached him in middle school. He is a decent basketball player also. I think Coach Greiner will have WC competing for a championship in 2-3 seasons. He has to rebuild the foundation first and keep the really good middle school players in the WC school zone.
