It's gonna be another barnburner in Pilot like it always is between East and West. Physicality will be key in this one as both like to score but defense is on the backburner. See West trying to run it a lot here so this will be a test for East's D. West meanwhile has got to stop the option and Gosnell not an easy task.

I see East pulling it out here in a thriller. This week and next will be their two best ways to prep for Mount Airy to see if they can handle speed or not. WSP will be fast too but they don't have enough kids to hang with East.
