I did not expect him to have a fast start coming off the Achilles injury and only limited prior year experience. There is no question that he is making progress. IMO, the last few games are more indicative of what he can do. With another year of weight training and this year‘s experience, he looks like he can be a major contributor to next season.

We have to hope so. I think Bridges has reached his ceiling as a role player and is unlikely to be a go to guy. Kobe Johnson and Seth Wilson are the only real guards returning. I don't see a reason to think that either of them become a Carter, Staten, or McBride next year. And I can't think of a guy Huggins has brought in as freshman or in transfer that has been one of the key players.

Sorry but I'm not high on Cottrell. I don't see the hunger and desire to be more than an average player. Can't and won't be a big.
