Reminds me of a young version of Ethan Howard from Bandys.
Ethan Howard his senior year was 5'11 245. My nephew as a 8th grader is 5'9 around 200 lb

We were down 22-8 at half. Scored with about 40 seconds left in 2nd quarter. After a solid rear end chewing about being timid and playing scared, the kids played their hearts out 2nd half. Being down 2 starting WRs/DBs didn't help....but no excuses.

Ethan was good, but I would go Grant Rembert as the best in my opinion with Vantrell England and then Matt Johnson, but Rhodes is certainly in the conversation
Forgot to mention Caleb Farley he is definitely in that group
Rhoades I put ahead because of his ability to make reads and go through progressions. Above QBs were one read QBs. Caleb was an elite athlete. Finger is an underrated QB for maiden I think he had a 4,000 yard season or close to it
Yeah Rembert and England both were the same in that debate. Rembert made good decisions avoided turnovers handled pressure and was accurate downfield. England was a good pocket passer and was accurate as well as an exceptional athlete. Not taking anything away from Ethan

I also believe if not mistaken Rembert was 32- 9 in 3 seasons as a starter. Rhoades went 28-6 as a starter. Maiden Creek, GrizzlyDevil I know you guys know if thats accurate or not. I believe it is but just trying to verify.
for sure it's been competitive this season.
I don't have QBs for each season listed. But that seems pretty darn close
Rhoades sophomore year 4 losses counting playoffs, Junior Year 1 loss Salisbury playoffs and senior year 1 loss in playoffs to East Surrey after culliver broke hand. So 6 total
And interesting enough 2 losses came against future NFL players. Landon Dickerson and Jalen carter
He played I believe up until the 4th Quarter or sometime in the 2nd Half.
So the loss column was correct 6 losses in his career. I bet it was 28 wins or close to it. Either way doesn't matter there both in top 5 in terms of the QB position all time at Maiden.
Well the Hickory vs Maiden is my go to game this evening. Looking forward to the matchup. Never know how a football game will turn out. Always good atmosphere at Hickory.
Oh by the way. I’m hitting me some Villiage Inn before the game. Than catch a good hamburger later at the game. lol
