The 3 game stretch to end 1974.
First we beat the coon-axxes 7-6 in jackson. Man, it was cold.
Then the confederates 31-13.
Then Terry vitrano stomped a mud hole in UNC in the sun bowl.
It was like the Israelites arriving at the promised land after years of wandering in the wilderness.
I saw a war between Bird and Wilkins in the mid 80's.
I was there when bill Buckner did the between the legs oopsie in the 1986 world series

Kept scrolling thinking surely someone was at that 2004 @Bama basketball game to witness us wrap up the regular season SEC title. My buddies and I had bought some nets at Walmart and wore them to the game. We were students at MsU at the time... we felt like real chooches milling around with Bama students at halftime. What a great second half comeback!

The National Championship Game against Vandy. Was on edge the whole time even with a comfortable lead feeling like we were gonna blow it

honorable mention: 2004 UF game; bunch of good basketball games (Zimmerman/Bowers teams);
Back around 92 or 93 Lawrence County had won 1 or two state titles for 4A and Murrah had won a few in 5A. They play each other at Jackson state after the championship games. Lawrence county won and it was awesome. Dampier, Vandel Thomas, were both future bulldogs on that team and Murrah was loaded too. Othelo Herrington, Jesse Pate, Ricky Henderson too I think.

Have been to 6 Men’s Miss. State basketball games in Starkville, all important big games. Lost every single one. I owe it to the school to never attend one again. UK @ State this year will have been my last voyage to Vegas for Basketball unfortunately.

I don't get to see many games live, but I have made two morning-of-the-game SRO purchases and drove in from ATL:
2014 Auburn. Woke up early and ticket office had released limited SRO tix. Wow, just wow. My son's first game. He's a junior at State now and that game had a big part in it.
This year OM baseball game 3. Sitting, again, drinking coffee and told my wife "I can be there by 3". Went by myself. The soul of our university really needed that win. It was awesome.
Next time I wake up with a hankerin to go to a game, I'll let y'all know. I've been lucky so far.

I'll thrown an odd one in there.
1992 Starkville regional opener versus Nicholls State. BJ Wallace goes the full 11, 4 hits, 19 strikeouts 2 walks no runs. We win on a walk off wild pitch in bottom 11th 1-0
Crap hitting display (we were so streaky that year) but the best pitching performance I have ever seen, pro or college. Wallace willed us to that win.
I think that one firmly cemented the Polk throw your starter game one regardless strategy.
