i hope not. that guy is a hell of a coach--maybe better than sean. i could see him at uk someday, but not if he stops at duhvil first. In regard to realistic candidates, I could see an Archie Miller being an option.

If he was under age,age of consent may be 16 and if the other party was 21 or more then they (UL) might have a problem. This whole thing could get messy in a hurry.Pitino and even Jurich may not survive this .For a recruit who would testify under oath that he'd never had sexual intercourse before going on the recruiting trip to U. of L., and that he did have sexual intercourse with a prostitute while on a recruiting trip to U. of L., and that he felt pressured in the situation, etc., etc. . . . IMHO, yes. Seems to me that the case gets much weaker if the recruit can't testify under oath that he'd never had sexual intercourse before going on the recruiting trip to U. of L.
I don't believe he knew specific details. He almost certainly knew McGee was taking care of recruit "entertainment," and accepted a "plausible deniability" role in what was happening.
Is there a ligament argument here or is there not?
i could give rp a pass on this if not for the alleged incidents to have been ongoing for four years. i can't believe a coach like him, who by all accounts, is a "micro-manager" could be blissfully ignorant of all the goings on in that span. ramsey gave jurich his complete vote of confidence at his presser, which i took as ramsey placing responsibility first and foremost on jurich. when and if push comes to shove and any heads roll, i think jurich's and pitino's roll first.Possibly, but Rick is a known control freak. He micro-manages everything. That is why he never made it as a Pro Coach. It is just hard for me to imagine that he had a recruit on campus, as important as JaQuan Lyle was, and did not have his entire visit orchestrated. Do you think he suddenly remembered that he had not heard of the whereabouts of Lyle, for a few hours, called McGee, and was told, "Oh, he has been checking out the library and the Study Halls" It is like McGee told Katina, "Rick knows everything." Part of the self-imposed penalties, trying to avoid the full wrath of the NCAA, and the media, will be Rick falling on his sword. Not because he is guilty, mind you, but for the "good of the program." Then you will see little Rick ascend to the throne. And the beat will go on, because that is how Jurich operates. Win at any and all costs, regardless of whether it is right or wrong. And don't look to Ramsey to change anything. All you have to do is look at the mess he is in to see that he is totally devoid of any scruples.
It's possible to believe what UL did was wrong AND laugh at their pain for getting busted. There's no need to seperate people into groups. As far as outsiders perceptions of the state, I really don't care and this isn't going to change it.What has happened is the result of a society that has lost it's morals plain and simple. When you take away the one thing that reaffirms what's right and wrong in their conscious then the sins will rise to the top.
I'm sure Christians are aghast with this situation but others just think it's funny that they got busted.
I not only think it is bad for UL but also for the whole state as well. We are already consindered a backwards state and we don't own shoes and live in a trailor park and our 5***** restaurants is the local McDonalds. Now this just adds fuel to the fire of that "image". I wouldn't be surprised if the state authorities didn't become involved in this.
To have minors involved???? Sheesh
They need to start opening the good book up and replenishing that empty tank of morals and values.
Now we know what Bob Knight looks like with Donald Trump's hair.how about this guy?:![]()

You guys laugh, but one thing not mentioned is what if Tom Turtleneck bolts for Texas. He is the only reason Pitino is still there. If he goes to Texas, Pitino isn't long for Lousiville. I would hate for them to go get Sean Miller, but that's who they would shoot for.
I love her. Don't know who she is but I love her.
