I do feel bad for any of the players who weren't a part of it and honestly had no idea it was happening.
I'm starting to think that's not very many guys.
Somebody needs to inform all the Bleeding Heart Pitino Loving Media Members both Locally and at ESPN and CBS about Mathiang and most likely others on this years team being associated in SquirtGate, instead of the current poor punished players on this years team theme.
Somebody needs to inform the retard UL fans that the NCAA has not doled out punishment to their Cheating team ,UL self imposed the post season ban,and neither of Matt Jones,UK Fans, the State and University of Kentucky,John Calipari,or William Wesley had anything to do with the Cheating/Whores at their school's athletic teams.
THIS/\!!!! How are people so naive to believe thatthisstuff stoped just because Mcgee left?! Theresatleast one incident AFTER HE LEFT, yet none of these players are tainted! I'd bet my house that every player on that team including the thransers all received at least a dance, although not byPowell. In guessing they finally found clean white girls, lol, who know howtokeep their mouths shut, hence the silence after Powell was replaced. The picture of Mangok Mathiang with Miss Powell's daughters indicates that this years team is tainted with the scandal also. Best to cancel the tournament than to have to unravel it later, the NCAA would frown on Uvel going through the tournament knowing they had used players that would be declared ineligible.
I would have to believe they are self banning themselves on the advice of Chuck Smrt, the investigator they hired and long time NCAA investigator.
This prob has been going on for years and years, a UL tradition of sorts. It's just that they switch girls from time to time to bring in fresh Pooh tang for em.
Sounds like ****** tasting orange juice drink that the astronauts usedI chuckled when I read "Pooh tang".....[roll]
damn. i know 3d graders who can write better than that.
UNCheat grad...gets graded on a curve.I'm glad to see other media picking this up just because UL posters keep insisting that no one but UK fans are discussing it.
Take down the FF and the Championship banner and let the kids play...
All that said, this author was Tennessee sportswriter of the year? Twice?
lol, not even sure what to say.Meat the awthur [laughing]

Yes, I agree Ugoff. This self-imposed ban tells me that there is much more here than we likely know right now, and we know quite a bit. We all know the nepotism that exists in Louisville and the way they've allowed Pitino to skate by, and the way they hired a guy with known issues like Petrino. So, we know that, if they thought there could be ANY way whatsoever they might skate by, they would have gone that route, especially with the team they have this season playing pretty well. So, the fact that they felt they HAD to do this tells me there is more to come. I guarantee you that, if they felt an immediate postseason ban was appropriate, the NCAA will likely say a greater punishment is in order.@Mojocat, they've already self imposed a post season ban. You can't tell me you saw that coming. It's going to get a lot worse in my opinion.

So, bottom line, it makes sense to me that we're only seeing the beginning of what is to come once the NCAA has its say.
You may be right about that, though I have a feeling Rick is going to be tied to this thing somehow. I wouldn't be surprised if the NCAA strongly suggests Louisville clean house. The environment in which this kind of thing could happen, over a period of years, in an on-campus men's basketball dorm, is the issue. Even if Rick has plausible deniability, he SHOULD HAVE known. I think Rick is gone.Guys, I'm not saying there won't be consequences. I'm just saying that Pitino and Jurich will survive them.
