Yeah, the "take away ________ and that team wouldn't be nearly as good!" argument is truly idiotic. Take away Jordan from the 90s Bulls and they're not a champion. Take away Kobe from the 2000s Lakers and they're not as good. It's a foolish argument. If you break down that argument, you end up having to argue that great players don't make great teams. To win that argument, you have to prove that it's better to have no players better than any others on your team, which is obviously ridiculous.

And I would guess that it's best to stay away from any Louisville board right now because all you'll see is venom and bitterness toward UK, even though we have nothing to do with the scandal that has engulfed their basketball team. The only thing they have left is to hate and curse Kentucky.

The irony? Their blind support and unwillingness to hold accountable Rick Pitino led them to where they are. Only a man who believes himself to be untouchable and more important than everyone around him could even begin to think he could engage in this behavior without consequences.

Kentucky is nothing without their starting five. Take those guys out and sUcKs wouldn't be good. If their opponent scores more points than them in the tourney their season will be over, I guarantee it.

Their Scout board is a mess. They have plenty of good posters on the Rivals board that you can have a good convo with but not on Scout. Joining that board sends them to a new level. It's like an otherwise excellent driver moving to Ohio.

I'll just leave this here....

"This team is as bad as their NIT team, the difference is the SEC is much worse this season so they got trough to the NCAA. You take Murry off that team and they are an average NIT team. So a good defensive team will key on Murry and that will be the end of UK. This team lost to 7 unranked teams this season. Vandy beat them just a week ago and Vandy is not a good team. While its a down year for sure in college BB, there are some good teams out there that will end UK's final 4 chances early. Then lets see how Cal handles it if only 1 or 2 leave for the NBA with his new gifts from Nike and WWW. "
Lol, I love it john how you and I are like the only 4 posters on the cards board left. If not for us it would be complete genocide lol

Well a few months back I went there and gave them a compliment (shocker, I know) and I tried to log back in a couple hours later and found out that I was banned and all of my posts deleted... They really have a complex about us. At least we let opposing fans share reasonable discussion. Sad really.

They are already trying to claim that Murray didnt make the wooden award list because he was in academic trouble like Simmons. Even though the ESPN guys clearly said he was just left off the list and it was wrong to do. In other words. UL fans are major idiots.

I've crunched the numbers, consulted numerous sources and simulated various matchups repeatedly. Without fail Kentucky's chances to win the NCAA Championship seem to always come out vastly better than UofL's.
Wonder why?

What does that say about their team if they lost to a borderline NIT team?

They can insult our team all they want. It doesn't change the fact that we played head-to-head and they lost.

Yep... top 15 RPI but somehow a borderline NIT team which would be around a RPI of 50. What type of a$$ backwards math do they teach in Louisville?

I'm going to give an educated guess that its going to be Bellarmine since they play them most years

Ouch too soon? Well its still 6 months away so maybe they'll be over it by then? haha

Obviously, i ask in jest, but untill the ncaa rules, nobody really knows??? Sure it would be a surprise, but they could get the death penalty...especially if there' s enough evidence and theybtry to retain rick anyway.

Ahh, yes, the ol "take their best player off the team" bullchit. You take ANY teams best player off the team and what are you left with? You take Lee off UL they are NIT, take Valentine off Michigan State they are NIT, Hield off OU they are NIT, etc, etc. Dumbest damn argument I've ever heard in my life, completely fitting that UL fans always make it.

Well it's one hooker per 5 points, one hooker per 5 rebs, one hooker per two blocked shots. So, 10 points, 10 rebs, 2 blocks equals one hooker for 4 players. Right?

If you take away the whores from the Louisville recruits the dirty birds will be a NIT team.
If you take away the whores they don't even have a national title. Most of the players on that team with the exception of one or two players were involved. Should be vacated (and might end up being so if the NCAA does there job the way they claim they're supposed to do there job, they just happen to be very selective with there punishments, so we'll see).
