Like you thought to yourself - today was a good day of posts/reading here on the board. Just was curious what everyone's opinions are.

Not necessarily in this order:

Winning the National Championship
Winning the Egg Bowl
Winning any sporting event against OM
Winning
Socks
Obvious troll threads
Delete threads can turn hilarious as well
Meme thread (It sucked me in, I am duty bound at this point)
SPS "figuring out" larger global socio-economic issues in which we are all experts
Ask SPS threads that result in Unintended Consequences

When glfr pulls off a post that, for once, doesn’t sound like Rachel Maddow lecturing me
rachel maddow it's called defense GIF by MSNBC

I particularly enjoy all facets of a thread where:
a new poster is ceremonialy vetted without mercy, and the thin-skins here lose their minds initially, but eventually come around and are more vicious than the rest of us

National championship
2014 football before Alabama.
Random Europeans finding the board.
Winning against the spread.
OM losing any game they shouldn’t combined with us winning.

eta: I know it was bad for the board overall but the couple days after the great purge was fantastic. It was like being a young kid sitting around the campfire with friends, roasting weenies and marshmallows, and laughing at each other jokes.

I've posted for a few years now, and I was an avid reader long before that, but I don't remember random Europeans finding the board. If that is a Six Pack Remembers thread, I'm going to need a link.

Any 100 post thread that isn't just the usual suspects bitching at each other. Those are usually very funny or very informative. Also very rare.

I enjoy threads about news from MS because I don't live there and the only time I hear it is when someone tries to pass a bill outlawing masturbation.

Game threads are great entertainment. Those are the only threads I overlook retarded hot takes because I have a lot of retarded thoughts during games, I just don't post them.

If you could recruit a random fan of another team to come drop a bomb and then stick around for a while that would be fire. An occasional interloper builds great unity and brings out the creativity of many posters. Make it a monthly feature.

I'm still not 100% convinced that this was real, but it was funny as ****.

Even by SixPack standards that was 17ing weird. Hilarious, but weird.

I enjoy the debates even though neither side will ever relent. OT discussions that interest me. All things MSU related is the reason I'm here. It keeps me connected to the wonderful years I was living on campus getting my degree and cheering the Dawgs to victory. I may not agree with everyone but I do enjoy their opinion.

1) the day I realized what "IT" was and what left with "IT"

2) every day brings it's own version of fun. it's like a bunch of friends sitting around a bar enjoying the banter and putting up, mostly, with the friends of friends that just showed up and can get annoying...

How does this board not have a beer or bourbon sponsor yet?

Need more rumor mongering, innuedo, second hand knowledge, and he said/she said.

Aside from that - I enjoy the variety that's present these days.

Not gonna lie, I enjoy watching any potential political thread just knowing that no matter how civil the conversation is, someone is going to walk in and light it on fire. You just never know when it is going to happen.

So this is not the place for me to point out that eggs are expected to increase 20% in cost this year?***
