It had nothing to do with the neighborhood. In fact, it was kids that don't even go to Dudley. There were several teams idle last night, due to byes so they went over to Dudley to check out the game and that is where all the issues came in.

Blame everyone else lol Dudley is trash and breeds this type of behavior. Everyone knows lol no secret my guy

I'm not a Dudley-stan, not even a little bit crazy about them. However, it doesn't hurt to get facts out either.

Has nothing to do with the neighborhood, but has everything to do with lack of respect and disipline taught to our kids nowadays, sad but its at every school not as a whole but the values i was taught doesnt seem to be reliavant anymore
I’ll roll with that before the neighborhood approach. I tell my kid all the time that when you go out into the word, you represent your mother and I. Don’t you dare sully our name.

Each generation thinks the same of the next generation. Today’s kids are still kids, they just have more access, good and bad. I guarantee that kids at Dudley, West Charlotte, Chambers, etc., value the same things 99% of kids elsewhere value.

If your comment holds weight, then that’s on us. If “our” kids collectively have a lack of respect and discipline, then we have done a poor job.

But let’s talk football.

You know we constantly hear the argument that kids aren't taught the values we were. Who do we think is teaching those values?

Ill cut some slack here, most teams in the state would be 0-3 with a
Tabor, Butler, gibbons start. I did see them scrimmage and the Tabor
game, not the same Raiders..........Back to this topic, parents teach your kids
the way in which they should go

UNC91,
If you want to look at trash, go look into the mirror.

What? Explain my guy? I was stating the obvious? Last week put up a video of the new uniforms of Dudley and had gang banging music about killing ops and throwing up gang signs. This is pretty simple, sometimes in life you choose to go one way or the other. I grew up in the 70s with a single mother as a young black man. Wanted something better for myself and family.... Went to UNC earned my degree while playing ball. Met my wife and raised two young mixed men in this world. Never aloud any of this **** that was spoken about within that video??? Both my son's got their degree and joined the Marines. Have served this country for 18 and 17 years. When you play with fire you get burned. Dudley is an example of trash program which tells their kids it's okay to listen to that trash an act like thugs. If you wanna speak more let me know. Oh n looked in the mirror, proud of who I am and have achieved in life my guy

I don't know anything besides what I've read. I also don't have beef. I'm simply making a generic statements. On this site, I find "popular & accepted"individuals who prefer to poop on others rather than enjoy receiving it. The ignorance sets in after the "not so popular & unaccepted" poster sets the tone. Among this group of football enthusiasts, there are a number of losers who are bitter, nasty, and resentful because of one's bad experience or a sense of what they call "unjust treatment". It becomes a generational curse when you educate your children that it is acceptable to knock out another child because they unintentionally walked on their shoe, looked at them wrong, etc. There are kids today who encourage others to "knock someone out" after a straightforward simple debate. Whether it is a different child or, worse still, an adult. All of this while broadcasting it LIVE to the world. Parents that encourage this conduct are putting their children and their children's children at risk of not only failing in life, but also becoming immune to disrespecting anyone in their path. Most, not all of these parents are and will always live in denial. Hope everything in Dudley turned out ok. 🙏

Great statement my guy. Wish everyone thought like this. As parents have to teach respect for yourself and others. Violence will never be the answer period

Little-known fact. I bet people that visit Richmond would be happy to know that Richmond is right down the road from the “hood,” Lil Philly. Stay away from RSHS.
Two tragic events happened in this neighborhood (lil philly) in the last 6 months 1 cause a lock down of Richmond and a elementary school. I never said stay away from Dudley I have been there before. Just it's not a great neighborhood right outside the school. Last time I was there I seen bars on window and door. That's why I said it is not the best.

I understand that, but let’s not be so quick to tie-in the neighborhood that’s in close proximity to the school for what happened at the game. The Lil Philly reference was a comparative parallel in that if something bad happened at Raider Stadium, it would be unfair to the Lil Philly community to be blamed for what happened, and we know that there have been plenty of fights at Richmond on the hills.

According to your logic, those kids and parents who spit, used racist terms, harassed, lived by separate but equal, spit on, cursed, and pushed Dorothy Counts are all failures in life, right? Does this apply to all or just kids from a certain demographic? Because this fantasy, everybody respect one another, value driven society you all mention has never existed.

Again, can we talk football? This Dudley team, despite all this, will STILL be in contention for a state championship.

The school isn't in the best of neighborhood.
Low-hanging fruit statement.

yeah that was a dumb comment, then again RC isn't known for producing critical thinkers, and probably not even good football anymore.

I think last week there were similar issues in Cleveland County at one of their games. Fights after games is nothing new, has nothing to do with location.

You fail to mention the fact that all the boys on the team make good/great grades, most if not all are in some type of academy for academics or rotc and could go to college without football. Not one player was involved in any of it, in fact they were about to come back out for the second half. That’s the first fight at a game in idk how long. Dudley is also known for a lot of students of color going out and excelling in the world in different fields. You are always quick to run your mouth and most of the time it’s something negative. You also tell the same old stories about yourself that nobody care about. This supposed to be about High school football!!!

Wait lifetime ban for what? He brought up race and disparaged an entire team and community. No one asked about his kids nor wife. He volunteered that info. His post was full of racist innuendo but thats ok to u? Wasnt for me. He is the type of person that acts self-righteous tearing others down. Its sad we still have these types in 2022.

My point is that you called a team/community trash. Would be 100 dollars u were not at the game to see what actually happened but u ok calling them trash and saying they breed this behavior. U were wrong but doubled down on your self hate. U brought up mixed kids like u supposed to get some reward for being a sellout. You sad as hell TBH.
