He comes and goes like the wind. He may be the town Mayor and Chief of Police out making arrests today.
Maybe he said the "L" word like BK did earlier this year? I actually really enjoyed reading his smack talk troll or no troll it was entertaining

If you knew how many calls I get from school systems threatening legal action for people. I don’t need the hassle of these.

To be honest I have the right to ban anybody I want to if I feel it’s detrimental to my site. I’m sorry to be blunt and it’s listed in the Term of Service Agreement posted below:

@Deana_King I understand that but I don’t see what any school system can say to you. You do a great job but schools systems need to worry about more important stuff other than a message board. Seems like you could tell them to stick it.
People get sued over nothing these days and I definitely understand and support Deana's decisions here however I think a judge would throw any lawsuit out unless it was for something that caused harm to the school system.

They can find out who is saying it but what did he say to warrant any type of legal action? Also I believe that any legal action would be infringement on his first amendment rights from a legal standpoint. Although I understand that you can ban him I just don’t see any legal issue at all.
Not one thing, and yes he has rights the right to freedom of speech and they accept tax money and has no leg to stand on except getting publicity in there on way. Scare tactics and look who feel for it. First Bk now Everyone loves Rich. Who's next. Have to have Lawyer friends to see through things. He was their special ambassador! Rules have to be enforced on all and not singled out is what I have been told. I am just talking on what I have been told so interpret it as you want and don't take my word, or you can ignore it. Just making myself clear of what you prefer to think on your own, not what I say. I get good advice. Was he told to stop or did he stop on his own because of a warning ? I know there are rules but enforce on all the same and don't pick on certain ones as I have seen many times. Be fair to one and all. Pandora's box is open ! This should stop and let Rich be Rich. He is just being entertaining and no one sees any harm..

I got a friendly warning from Coach Diamont in 2014 to simmer down on here and watch what I was saying. I was jacking my jaws pretty hard with some of the Mt. Airy people here and believe it or not a lot of the coaches do keep an eye on what is said on here. He told me he knew it was in fun but that I just needed to let it ride for a while. No hard feelings about it on my part at all. I guess this is what it has come to in this "Words Hurt" time we live in. Opinions are like feet, most of us have a couple of them and they probably stink to somebody else.
I don't think so either, but dang if he didn't know an awful lot about the program...
It’s easy to sit there and judge everything I do on the site whether it’s my articles, my rankings, or the way I administrate the site. I wish everyone of you could be in my shoes when you get the calls, complaints, and other stuff that I get.
I don’t make a lot of money doing this and every day I think I want to walk away from it all. I do it for the love of high school sports and helping kids.

Deana, I believe it was Robert Kennedy who said twenty percent of the people are against everything all of the time. Hang in there. You do a good job and a good service. Sometimes we take this stuff way too seriously.
