For golf, I haven't played a bad course down there. My favorite is the Hombre, but I also like Holiday.

If you want the best steak go to Angelo's Steak Pit

Reggae J's over in pier park for some awesome fish tacos

Saltwater Grill if you want something nicer and upscale
Pretty good seafood dishes there.

Bay Point isn't a bad course. As for food, on the Panama City Beach side of the bridge, then hit the Boatyard. If you don't mind a little drive to the east side of the bridge, go to Uncle Ernies, Hunt's Oyster House, or the Captain's Table in St. Andrews.

For golf I'd stick to either Hombre or Sharks Tooth. There is another course but I can't remember the name almost got decapitated by a kids slice 3 years ago so I avoid it. As far as food, Pompano's is pretty good. Also, if you don't go to Uncle Ernie's you've wasted your trip!

Some of the locals told us about the Captain's Table last year and it was well worth the short drive. Nothing fancy, just good seafood. St. George island is a good drive down the coast but the shrimp po boy at The Blue Parrot was the best I've had anywhere.

Bay Point for Golf. Must do for food: Dusty's Oyster Bar, Dee's Hangout (best seafood in Panama at dive prices), Schooners, and be sure to try a beer at The Beer Garden at Pier Park. Margaritaville has some badass beef nachos

for golf. Shark's Tooth is private, but if you play you first round at Camp Creek, talk with the guys at the course and they can set it up. Well worth the money. Also, for eats, there's Shades that at the corner of 30A and 98 on the east end it's a great sports bar. Some other great places are Schooners on the beach(great grouper sandwich). For oysters, try Sandbar or Dusty's. Dusty's can be quite crowded, but if not, go there for the ambiance. As for the Pier Park places, avoid at all cost, with the exception of Hofbrau. Hofbrau is incredible. I hate to go to Pier Park, but usually the kids force me to take them there, so I give them some cash and I head to Hofbrau. Met the owners while in there the last time and he told me about their food, which I had only had there beer up to that point. We will try it out next time down, but if you got a bunch of buds on a golf trip, I would recommend Hofbrau for an late afternoon stein of beer. Last, for breakfast, try out Thomas Donuts on the beach and Coram's for a late night waffle-house greasy breakfast.

Hunt's Oyster Bar, Uncle Ernies and Captain's Table are all great. For golf, I like Holiday and Hombre better than Bay Point. I go to PC Beach about 4 to 5 times a year if that helps.<div id="isChromeWebToolbarDiv" style="display:none"></div>
