ouch.. straw that broke the camel's back.. the D we run just couldn't work (as well?) without Mag AND.. with lots of tape vs it available with current team members. Not sure about in losses but since Feb 5 (day after Mag went down) we are #160

Yep you are correctI'll be the jackass that tells you it is effect. Affect is nearly always a verb.
I mean we're also not playing Coppin State or Central Connecticut State after Feb 5th either.ouch.. straw that broke the camel's back.. the D we run just couldn't work (as well?) without Mag AND.. with lots of tape vs it available with current team members.
"Affect" is used as a noun in certain contexts to denote an observable emotional response.Yep you are correct
We'll feel like crap for losing to both of them. What effect will a Minny or Nebby win have on us?
Caleb's has back problems and Paul is probably also playing with an injury.Who knew that one player down.. and not Cliff.. meant a team that could beat anyone, it seemed.. would become unworthy of the NCAAs. It is sad for everyone.. even if we won't cry.
Happy for all of them except Jamison Battle.Happy for Minnesota after a brutal season for them
well done... but I don't do this for misspellings or other simple grammatical errors.. like my use of ".." everywhere. But when something could be a usage mistake that could be easily corrected and save someone possible embarrassment in other more important use of the written word I tend to favor instruction even though it may result in scorn aimed at me.@GoodOl'Rutgers has a disagreeable affect when people use affect as a noun.
Whatever.Derek needs to take many of Paul’s minutes. He is better in so many ways for the team at this juncture.Caleb's has back problems and Paul is probably also playing with an injury.
This was worse, we only had a 14-16 point lead at most, OSU has like a 29 point lead with 13 min left lol. Sure they won but they would have lost by 10 if they only built a 16 point lead. This just goes to show you how hard it is to blow a game like that. OSU made all the same kind of dumb mistakes we did and missed FTs but were able to get the defensive rebound they when Whisky missed.
True. I assume the Minny win won't affect R NCAA tourney outlook. We'll feel like crap for losing to both of them.
