Who would have thought at the beginning of the season

that South Carolina and Vanderbilt would have the 2nd and 3rd worst conference records after the 1st game of the 4th conference series? If we can finish this game off, we would move to 9th, SC would be 10th, Vandy 11th, and Bama 12th. That amazes me.

given up 15 hits, made an error, only gotten 7 hits, but still ahead 7-6 over Auburn.

Bama at 2 and 8 in the conference is only one game behind SC and Vandy for the worst conference record.At this paceSC may end up like LSU last year.

We move to 9th place with our win tonightand we areonly one game behind OM, UGA, and Arkansasfor 6th place. A sweep this weekend would be absolutely huge. </p>
