Will Mullen make changes? If we don't make some changes, I'll be disappointed

Every coach that everyone dislikes was a holdover from when we couldn't talk any coaches into coming here. We promoted position coaches and coordinators from the likes of MTSU. We just need to fire Keonning, Wilson, and Hevesey, and talk Collins into holding his current position while we go rob a great D1 OC and DC by simply outbidding their current school. We need to raid some B1G school for an OL coach... Again... By just paying more. No more coaching graveyard mentality.

ETA: Two Brewster thoughts. Could he be an OC? Could we exploit his connections to bring in someone from his former staffs?

The biggest change he and the entire department needs to make is in recruiting. We thumped our main rival for recruits for the past 3 years, and still do not have better recruiting classes than they do. Stars do matter in the big picture even though some 2 stars become very good. We don't have enough positions where we have a dominant athlete period when we get into big time SEC games.

I don't expect any.

Hevesy and Wilson have consistently underwhelmed. At least Wilson lands some talent. Not sure what Hevsey brings to the table.

Just what would you do to change it? You offer a kid and he says yes or no. What else can you do?

Seriously? We're going to outbid Big 10, Big 12 & PAC-12 schools for their position coaches? Exactly how do you propose we do this? The Big 10's TV money is even more than the SEC's right now and most Big 10 schools outdraw us considerably. PAC-12 and Big 12 also have massive TV contracts (Big 12s is only split 10 ways).
