Emmons is head and shoulder above Williams. Rico McDowell is AC Reynolds is better but he plays in the mountains and doesn't get the notoriety. Simple as that.
This is the first season Dowdle has put up big numbers because this is the first year he's played the full compliment of games. Dowdle has missed chunks of his junior and sophomore seasons due to injuries and suspension. I've watched film on most of the top skill athletes in the state for the class of '16 and for my money Dowdle is as good or better than any of them.Rico Dowdle has not put up the huge numbers until this season and he is doing it mostly as a QB. Not questioning who is better but not really the same type of player. Williams is going to be a between the tackles type of runner. Expect Dowdle may play any of a number of a positions at the next level.

I have to imagine some bigger offers are on the way once the season is over and his film is reviewed, I know Notre Dame was interested but hadn't yet offered a scholarship, I think that would be a good landing spot for him.mdbfan, when a player is missing games or not putting up big numbers he is not going to be as recognizable.
