Brand Sias had 17 yrs. to try and get the job done. This program is not going in the right direction. I see a similar situation as the softball coach here. It's time for some new young blood with a proven track record in turning a program around.

SHE HAS TO BE FIRED!! 17 years as coach and she has ONLY 1 winning season in conference should have been fired years ago. She is plain and simple not a good coach!! With the right coach we can be a top program in 2-3 years. In answer to one of the posts above New Jersey has some of the best talent in the country!!

A truly remarkable run of futility. The number of schools who would tolerate that - even in a very under the radar sport - are very few indeed.
