Has to be 5. Girls on our soccer team who on a club lacrosse team are going to the game as a group and they were informed the game is now at 5pm
Thanks - we’ve got about 100 going from Allentown High School, youth programs.
Hartshorn sisters are both graduates of Allentown HS so it’s a big day for us.

Sending Brand Sias to the unemployment line is a long time coming. Both women's lax and baseball will have new coaches sometime this summer.
Agreed it’s literally 10 years overdue this program has been a s show for over a decade with her she is just not a Division 1 caliber coach which is a shame considering New Jersey has the best talent in women’s lacrosse
She’s gots to go. A shame since she’s an alum and seems like a good person but it’s far beyond obvious a change is long overdue.

Losing 18-12 to an otherwise now 4-win Drexel team was “incomprehensible”....
Rutgers as a B1G school shouldn't be losing to Drexel in ANY sport.

As an athletic program, we have wasted tens of millions of dollars the last thirty years on coaches from many sports who did little to nothing to bring our programs up to an elite or at least Top 20 levels. As someone mentioned with Tennessee and another mentioned Nebraska on other boards, these universities will not tolerate average or poor performance. If you can't get your act together within five years, you are gone. The university and fans will not put up with it. How many coaches were allowed to collect paychecks from Rutgers for years and sometimes decades and they did NOTHING. As you look around our sports programs,both sexes, you will still see some here We even allowed an Athletic Director ,who made mistake after mistake, remain for DECADES who wasn't even a good golf coach. We are in the Big Ten Conference and we need to start acting like it.
Also, this game was popular for lacrosse club teams innthe area which does not help. T3 out of Flemington was there along with some other clubs that I heard of - great recruiting opportunity for Maryland.
It's long past time. At end of season thank her and dismiss her. With Big Ten money, great facilities and the success of Men's side, will not be difficult to bring in a top notch head coach who can and is willing to recruit. I recall many posts that indicated she was not active enough here in Jersey.
There are plenty, I’m 100% sure, who are ready, willing, and ABLE to come be a HC at a B1G school snack in the middle of lacrosse central AND be successful. Just gotta make the smart, aggressive, hire.
As I posted a few minutes ago, RU Women's Crew is ranked for the first time EVER in Year 2 of HC Price after another lifer/paycheck collector did nothing for over a decade. Hobbs will make an ace hire after he finally puts Brand Sias out of her misery in a month's time and watch RU Women's Lax make a big jump and become a player soon after.
Just looking at top 25, coaches who have teams playing competitively, James Madison, Stony Brook and High Point. I would guess any of the three would jump at a chance to be at Rutgers. There may be some like Denver or Florida who would love to be able to recruit in the east in Big Ten. Just my guess.
