that would be interesting. Im all for it. We know Chizik knows how to play the game recruiting wise .
coach from 2004-06 before leaving for the Chicago Bears.

Last night our offense sucked just as bad if not worst than the defense. Who are you firing there, Todd? In fact, with the exception of a couple of plays, the defense played good the first half. But the offense soiled their pants. In most games this leads to ****** defense. For the 100th time, no seasoned DC worth a **** will coach where he's micro-managed, especially by a guy who's never coach defense.
So, Dan is telling his DC to have a 20 yard hole in the middle of his defense? That IS bad micro-mangement.
More than anything, I think we need to add to our offense- add more screens, slants, and use our personnel a little bit better such as Nick Griffin as tandem with Perkins and then throw to Perkins more.
I do agree that offense/defense play off of each other- and because of that I could turn it around on you and say that it's hard for an offense to get into rhythm when the defense is bending and breaking all the time and not getting off the field and getting field position by stopping the other team with short drives or turnovers.
I wouldn't mind seeing a pro-style guy come in for Les. I think someone like Scott Loeffler and Dan might work well together. Might be a disaster, but I'm willing to see if it works out for the best.
Like I said- we'll know more about where Dan and our program stands in about a month. If he fires Chris- that's a good sign. Maybe Dan micromanaged him because Chris sucks donkey balls. We'll have to wait until next year to see if relentless effort comes back.
Chizik is getting paid 160k/month for 48 months to do NOTHING. He aint going anywhere
I'm saying we need to find the next up and comer in football, and that's exactly what we did when we brought in Manny. You want someone that is hungry that wants to prove themselves.
