Stratton ya is the most logical but she just had a layoff and will prob win the ec
the right answer is Bianca but she’s got that odd finger injury
They should just strap the rocket to Sol Ruca on Smackdown and have her win the title off Jade at Mania since they seemingly don't have much interest in her doing anything with it. Infinitely more potential than Jade.
I hope so too but idk if she going to the main roster until next year b/c she’s still doing nxt matches i think she just got some #1 contender thing - usually they give you the nxt belt before you go to main roster
Oba Femi may be a generational talent, possibly Hogan-esque. . But I can also see him made too cartoonized and cringe. It's a tightrope. So far, he's on the right side of that tightrope.
Hobbs debuted at the ROyal Rumble and then two weeks later working a dark match. They really debuted him with nothing actually planned for him, didn't they?
I've read it would have to be under 5% or else WBD would have to disclose it themselves in SEC filings. But that could be wrong, that type of stuff is far outside of my wheelhouse.
Per WrestleTix, SD last night sold 11k and tonight a live event in Lubbock, TX sold 9k. It's important to point out that prices have risen in the TKO Era but prices have risen across the board. Name one concert or event that's cheaper now than it was or would have been before Covid. I'm not sure a blanket statement like "fans have been priced out" works when 9k are showing up for a live event on Valentine's in Lubbock. Are there extreme examples like close-up Mania tickets? Sure. But then look up Taylor Swift tickets during her last mega tour and get back to me. And those tickets for both events will be bought up.
I went to the Bray Wyatt tribute show after he died at the YUM Center. That exact same seat is 5.5 times higher for the one in a couple of weeks. Maybe some people are willing to pay that but I'm not. I understand everything is up but not that much.
For sure but I've heard that fans have been priced out for a couple years and if WWE attendance is down like 4%, there's a "See! Fans are revolting!" type reaction. Are some deciding not to go? Of course. But are fans as a whole being priced out? Numbers don't currently show that. Just think it's important to show both points - that prices have increased very quickly and some are dissatisfied but other fans are still making the purchase. For all the complaining about prices, and they're valid complaints, you'd think a couple thousand are showing up and those 2,000 are sipping wine out of glasses made of crystal and gold.
They were terrible in wwe I doubt they are any better now. They had a catch phrase I think and that was it?
The are instantly in the top 5 for least talented wrestlers in AEW and the worst signing in AEW history.
I would be willing to bet TK held it for a house show instead of TV because he knew the core fanbase was going to hate it.
If they win the tag titles I’m going to have to seriously consider quitting on AEW.

I get throwing shade at WWE for changing Hobbs' name, debuting him in SA, and having him work essentially a dark match afterward and the MCMG haven't been used lately either but no one bats an eye when Tony brings in 20 new wrestlers all at once, including Ciampa who wins a title and loses it days later. Everyone assumes this is good because ROH must be getting a tv deal or Dynamite must be going three hours. There's currently no indication of either happening in 2026. Can we admit that while WWE wants a monopoly, TK also wants to suck up any viable talent too? He's not saving wrestling, he's collected a roster of hundreds and there's not enough tv time for even half of the roster. He may lose or has lost Jericho so he signs 10 wrestlers to replace one. That makes little sense.
At least WWE can say they have a pattern of cycling several talents out of NXT onto the main roster every year and it's been very successful. AEW has two, two hour shows and I'd have to go on a Goonies quest to find ROH.

AEW has a bunch of wrestlers that need to be replaced for a variety of reasons - haven’t improved, gotten worse, obviously just do not have it no matter how may chances they’ve gotten, washed, not good fits, can’t stay healthy, always screwing up, TK just doesn’t seemingly like them, etc.
Quite a lot of them have largely been used in ROH over the last year or two. And let’s just say they haven’t exactly done much to warrant being used more in AEW. IMO mostly all of them are net negatives taking away reps from talent with more potential or at least ones that won’t get injured every time they step in the ring.
