I know everyone knocks on Shelby a lot and tries to knock them down but my goodness that offense was something else today. Not sure I’ve seen such a smooth oiled machine in high school in a long time.

Congrats to the WRH, too. You guys had a great team. Had me concerned in the first half. Kanye tore up the edges, and the Lions could not tackle him, once he got to the second level of the defense. Great player! I will surely follow him, once he gets to App State. Look out for Shelby’s #9, Santana Hopper, at App, too. The Mountaineers are getting two great players in those young men.
I’m proud of the bulldogs season losing effort but today I couldn’t be any prouder than those kids this year!! I enjoyed talking and chatting with u guys again looking forward again to next year!! The same vagabond boy next year , agai hats off to Shelby again what a program that was my first time seeing them play I was impressed those guys are electric!! Alright guys it’s been fun!! My only problem was the amount of time waisted getting plays in. Why was the coach taking all dang day to get a play called with 4 mins left in the game ? Waisted over 1 min off the clock to run 1 play .... just give Roberts the dang ball and let him go

But it was clear they couldnt throw it OR catch it. Defensively they cant defend passes either. Most eastern teams dont see a handful of passes in an entire season, let alone 25 in a game. That is a killer when you DO run into a team like Shelby or Reidsville, or even teams like East Surry or Murphy, that can do both and defend both. . WRH may have the best rushing attack in the history of NC football for all I know. but in the end, they are still a one dimensional team. And in these big games against versatile teams, that is rarely the recipe for success. JMO.
Hopper was Great in this game. To many Lions for us. Never seen a 2a team with that kind of talent. Your Coach is a class act also

We don't inside kick very often. WRH needed more possessions. Only one I disagree with was the one before halftime. As far as getting plays in, we call the play from what we see upstairs.
