Some interesting numbers.

West Virginia has turned Kansas over 22 times in the first meeting and 15 in the second meeting. Pressure could be an issue for the Jayhawks.

Jayhawks have made 17-37 three pointers in the two meetings with West Virginia. That's good for a 45.9-percent clip from the field. On the flip side, West Virginia has made 8-32 three pointers. That's 25-percent. Mountaineers have shot the ball better from deep recently so this will be an interesting trend to watch.

West Virginia has hit the offensive glass against Kansas with 15 and 14 offensive rebounds in the two games.

The efforts there so far tonight and we're making plays. Kansas is just a really good team.

I think our game moves too fast for the refs sometimes. Too much controlled chaos and they feel compelled to blow the whistle to regain tempo.

Good Effort...Wish the unthinkable could have happenned but the Big 12 is serious about the national championship and so apparently is kansas....thought some of the fouls early on us were a little quick...hoping for a day when the tournament gets played at other sites besides Kansas City. shame to waste the effort because of bad shooting. phillip had his worst game as mountaineer. feel bad for him.

It was a great effort. Kansas was money at the free throw line and threes failed us. Dogged comeback late. This will be a confident team for March Madness. I fear no one going in. Good to see Devin have a monster game just in time to boost his confidence after some lackluster games offensively.
