And a joke. Monmouth lost by double-digits to all its opponents. A 30 point win is the only way to indicate this team can compete in the B12. Instead, we might win by 8 and the sycophants here will say how Huggins has righted the ship.

Defense is not good. Press is not working. Very young and inexperienced at guard. Konate on the perimeter takes away offensive rebounds. Way too many turnovers. Still no Doomes or Culver, is Culver even dressed? Long way to go before this bunch of players becomes a team. Edit: I see Culver is suspended. Geez.

Carter and Miles are gone, so can we just scrap the press? It only hurts us because this team can't play a lick of defense. All the press does is give the opponent an open 3 or a big driving lane. We look like a team that might be better served playing zone.

McCabe showed his great potential tonight. He just needs some confidence and more reps. He is going to break out and become a outstanding freshmen. Now we just got to get Knapper some confidence. Knapper is rusty and needs time. Next year he will be much better but I’m hoping by January he turns it on.

Horton got his first point tonight at the end. He beat out Doomes.

We need to start McCabe at point guard and Beetle at shooting guard.
