Valentina is my go to for Mexican and has pretty much pushed Chipotle Tabasco out as well.

For regular hot sauce I don't do Tabasco at all. For years and years it was Louisiana only but I've grown quite fond of Crystal in the last 5 years or so. I really like Cholula regular for a taste of spice when I don't want hot. The Cholula Chipotle is really good too.
