Transfer CB Jamir Conn commits to Nebraska

CB Jamir Conn has committed to Nebraska out of the NCAA Transfer Portal.
Conn announced his transfer to the Cornhuskers with a post on social media on Sunday.
Conn just finished his second season in the FCS with Southern Illinois.
While with the Salukis, Conn posted 68 tackles, nine deflections, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery over 23 appearances. That includes 57 tackles, which was sixth-most for them, a team-high of six deflections, and the forced fumble this fall as a sophomore.
Conn is now the 14th addition out of the portal during this cycle for the ‘Huskers. He will come to Lincoln alongside QB Marcos Davila (Purdue), DE Williams Nwaneri (Missouri), LB Marques Watson-Trent (Georgia Southern), DB Dasan McCullough (Oklahoma), LS Kevin Gallic (New Hampshire), P Jack McCallister (Washington), three wide receivers in Dane Key (Kentucky), Hardley Gilmore (Kentucky), and Nyziah Hunter (California), and then a pair of defensive linemen in Jaylen George (East Tennessee State) and Gabe Moore (Mississippi State). He’s also their third pickup at corner along with Justyn Rhett (Georgia) and Andrew Marshall (Idaho).
