2024 top-75 LB Justin Williams sets Oregon visit

Conroe (Texas) Oak Ridge four-star linebacker Justin Williams is visiting Oregon this weekend. He announced the news over social media.
Williams is the No. 63 overall prospect and No. 8 linebacker in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 8 player in Texas.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound recruit announced his top six schools — Texas, Texas A&M, TCU, Oregon, USC and Auburn — on Jan. 7. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Ducks have a 98.5% chance to land his commitment.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

The Ducks’ 2024 recruiting class currently contains four players. They are Long Beach (Calif.) Millikan four-star wide receiver Jordan Anderson, Philadelphia (Penn.) Roman Catholic four-star wide receiver Tyseer Denmark, Medford (Ore.) North Medford four-star tight end A.J. Pugliano and Vancouver (Wash.) Evergreen On3 four-star offensive tackle Fox Crader.
Williams has an On3 NIL Valuation of $54K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
