Report: Mississippi State running back transfer Jo'Quavious Marks expected to commit to USC

Mississippi State running back transfer Jo’Quavious Marks is expected to commit to USC, according to a report from 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz.
Marks entered the NCAA transfer portal after a thoroughly productive career with the Bulldogs.
He has been a fixture in the Bulldogs’ backfield for four seasons, playing in over 40 games during his time in Starkville, acquiring over 3,000 total yards. He’s first in MSU history in both career receptions and receiving yards by a running back.
As a senior in 2023, Marks logged 573 yards and four touchdowns rushing, while also tallying 167 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
Prior to enrolling at Mississippi State, Jo’Quavious Marks played high school football at Atlanta Carver, where he was a four-star recruit. Marks was the No. 137 overall prospect and No. 17 running back in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
