The 6-foot, 180-pounder is a fluid mover and has faced top competition while playing for one of the best high school programs in the state of Texas. We could see Harris becoming a versatile cornerback with a skill set similar to Awuzie – a 6-foot, 200-pounder with good change of direction and the ability to cover outside or in the slot.

Denver Harris was a late arrival at Under Armour, coming in mid-week. The Texas A&M is a smooth mover in coverage and plays with good technique. Jordan Hudson got the better of him in 1-on-1’s, but that was probably more about Hudson than mistakes from Harris. The Houston native caught our eye in the game with some physicality as a tackler.
Denver Harris was an On3 Consensus five-star prospect and the third-ranked cornerback prospect in the 2022 recruiting class coming out of Houston North Shore High School. Harris had a massive list of scholarship offers before signing with Texas A&M over LSU, Texas and Alabama. Harris played in five games in the 2022 season and was playing well before he was suspended indefinitely for a locker room incident in late October. He entered the Transfer Portal after the 2022 season, finishing his Aggie career with 14 tackles and three pass deflections. Harris says his hobbies include fashion, music and gaming. He also loves spicy seafood. His mother is Chandra Harris.
