New Mexico hires Lindenwood's Amy Eagan as next head coach

New Mexico has hired Lindenwood’s Amy Eagan as their next head women’s basketball coach, sources told On3.

Eagan has been at the helm of Lindenwood since 2023 and was named the 2024-25 OVC Coach of the Year after finishing with a 23-11 record and 16-4 mark in conference play.

Eagan previously spent three seasons as the head coach of Drury women’s basketball and coached Truman State for six years prior.
