SEC women's basketball power rankings

We’re six weeks into the season and things are changing rapidly. Here are On3’s SEC women’s basketball power rankings.

1. Texas

Texas remains atop the SEC after a win at South Dakota State this week.

2. South Carolina

South Carolina took a trip down south and earned wins at USF and FGCU.

3. LSU

LSU earned a win over UT Arlington and remains undefeated.

4. Kentucky

It was a quiet week for Kentucky, so they’ll stay put.

5. Oklahoma

Oklahoma didn’t play this week. They’ll stay idle.

6. Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt earned a nice win over USF this Monday and remains undefeated.

7. Ole Miss

Ole Miss suffered a loss to Michigan State this week and is nearing a drop in the SEC rankings.

8. Tennessee

Tennessee’s stock is falling more and more every week. They took a beating from Louisville in New York on Saturday. Luckily, their win over Stanford is starting to look a little better.

9. Alabama

Alabama remains undefeated and earned a win over a solid Troy team this week.

10. Mississippi State

It was a fairly uneventful week for Mississippi State, result-wise. They’ll stay put.

11. Georgia

Georgia also remains undefeated, but has yet to earn a signature win.

12. Texas A&M

It was a quiet week for Texas A&M. They’ll stay put.

13. Auburn

Auburn bounced back with wins over MTSU and Alcorn State this week.

14. Florida

Florida lost a home game to Tulsa this week and will slide down in the power rankings.

15. Missouri

It was a quiet week for Missouri. They’ll stay put.

16. Arkansas

Arkansas is now on a 4-game win streak. We’ll see if they can keep it up after the break and start moving up the list.
