The 2025 Wisconsin high school football season just finished up their third week of playoff action and as the Badger State’s campaign heads into the state championships, the elites are beginning to be the teams left standing.

Arrowhead Warhawks are the No. 1 team in Wisconsin heading into the fourth week of Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) postseason play, beating Hamilton, 34-24. Just behind Arrowhead is Muskego and Waunakee at 2-3 in the latest Top 25 Wisconsin high school rankings, according to Massey. Which teams are all left standing as we head into the final couple weeks of Wisconsin high school football play?

The Massey Ratings, officially used during the BCS era, is a model that ranks sports teams by analyzing game outcomes, strength of schedule, and margin of victory.

Here is the latest Wisconsin high school football Top 25 rankings, according to Massey as of Nov. 11.

1. Arrowhead Warhawks

Arrowhead Warhawks (11-1) ended Hamilton‘s season after defeating them 34-24 in the quarterfinal round of the Division I playoffs. Now the Warhawks gear up for a state semifinal showdown with undefeated No. 3 ranked Waunakee (12-0) this week.

Jacob Siner (974 yards, 11 touchdowns) has been the driving force behind Arrowhead’s offense this season and along with fellow back Jebari Craig Jr. (488 yards, seven touchdowns). Arrowhead starting signal caller Nolan Hanson (102 of 162 passes, 1,477 yards) has been steady with wide receivers Logan Crowley (23 catches, 319 yards) and Ryan Heiman (31 catches, 548 yards) leading the way.

Arrowhead will need to play their best football of the season as they look to upend a tough Waunakee bunch this week.

2. Muskego Warriors

The Muskego Warriors (11-1) needed every minute of last week’s game against Badger in the quarterfinal round of the Division I playoffs to pull off a 20-13 win. There’s very few teams playing as well as the Warriors are right now as the Division I state championship game is right around the corner.

Muskego got off to a much better start and a few weeks ago upended top-ranked Arrowhead, 21-17. The Warriors have been playing very well defensively, allowing just 123 points this fall through 10 games. Muskego pulled off a 38-21 win over Mukwonago a couple weeks ago and now head into the state semifinal round of the WIAA playoffs against Bay Port (8-2) for a chance to go onto the title game.

3. Waunakee Warriors

Waunakee (12-0) was able to advance to the Division I state semifinals after beating No. 28 ranked
De Pere
, 34-24. The Warriors now gear up to face Arrowhead this week for a chance to advance to the Division I state championship game.

The Warriors’ defense has been easily one of the best in the state, only yielding 132 points through 12 games.

Waunakee is looking to return to the top of Wisconsin high school football mountain top for the first time since 2021 and they’ll continuing relying upon a stout defense plus needing a solid campaign from starting quarterback Cole Krause. The 6-foot-2 signal caller passed for 243 yards in 2024.

4. West De Pere Phantoms

It’s a showdown between Wisconsin’s No. 4-5 teams this week when West De Pere (13-0) faces off against undefeated Homestead (12-0) for a chance to compete for the Division II state championship game.

The Phantoms’ offense remain sizzling as they are averaging 45.9 points per game this season behind the play of quarterback senior quarterback Patrick Greisen, who has completed 228 of 339 passes (67 percent) for 3,334 yards and 44 touchdowns. Ryan Lutz is leading the ground game for West De Pere, with senior tailback rushing for 1,699 yards on 217 carries and 24 touchdowns.

5. Homestead Highlanders

Rounding out these latest Top 25 rankings is the Homestead Highlanders (12-0), after a narrow 14-10 win over Monona Grove in the quarterfinals of the WIAA Division II playoffs. What has been the backbone of Homestead’s success throughout the regular season is the superb play of their high-octane offense, which has averaged around 40 points per game.

The Highlanders continue their quest to reach the D-II state championship game this week in the semifinals when they take on West De Pere (See above).
