I think Cubelic does a great job breaking down football. And GMac no doubt loves the Tide. They are a great show during football season. Just out of their element a bit during basketball. I don't listen to the Burcham segments, instead enjoy Richard Hendrix since he's Gump but actually he's rather objective and does a good job staying professional. Would always rather have Hendrix on a game call than J Dykes as well. OP said it was a guest (not Cubelic or Mac) that said Bama should be left out of the tournament. There are still some national reporters/haters, that mention that, and in doing so they show their bias and lack of knowledge of the situation. Seem hellbent on making Oats a bad guy mostly.

Jon Sundvold was their listed 8 a.m. guest. Surely he would not have said that?

Personally, I enjoy that others are continually experiencing pain over anything Alabama. I like being hated by everyone else. Better than being irrelevant.

And if they did that it would a violation of the TRO and would lose in court It would also be the fastest way for the NCAA to lose what little remaining support they have from one of their power 2 conferences. Sankey already hinted at a break from the NCAA this week. Doing something like that (they won’t) to a conference power would be a very poor decision.

It was Jon Sunvold. Bradshaw is always very complimentary of Nate Oats and Alabama.

Sorry I should have put that. But yes it was Jon Sundvold. He was hammering that Alabama clearly knew the rules "clearly" outlined by NCAA and chose to play him anyway. I was literally arguing with the radio...."The issue is there is zero clarity!!!!!" But his arguement was that the NCAA has been beaten so badly by courts and to finally get a win, they could really choose to hammer it home by holding out Bama. It was nuts.

Crazy but Bradshaw last night on tv broadcast was saying that Alabama should have to vacate those wins and that Auburn should get credit for another quad 1 victory. It was nuts.

Jon Sunvolt- announcer for SEC Network. Said Bediako was clearly playing illegally and it’s not even debatable. Also said NCAA wants a win but doubted it actually happens.

The dumbest part of that is that us vacating the win would not give Auburn an additional win. It would still count as a loss for them. The only way they’d get to count it as a win is for us to ~forfeit~ the game. A professional announcer not understanding the difference between vacating and forfeiting is sad.

I think my biggest issue with the statement is we just played them a couple days ago without Bediako and boat raced them. So I'm not sure the argument holds much weight considering we've actually been more efficient without him.

The argument doesn’t hold any weight. It’s just them lobbying for another SEC team to get into the field. They don’t really care about Bediako, but it’s the only real thing to argue for in Auburn’s case because the last month of the season was so poor.

I missed that. I usually like Bradshaw. I don't think he's that great of a color guy, but compared to some of the other crap announcers on the SECN he's not bad.
